Our Approach to Refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Sometimes the program you signed up for doesn't match what you expected, or life throws you a curveball that makes continuing impossible.
Over the years, we've refined our refund policy based on feedback from students and industry partners. It's designed to be fair — both to you and to the educators who prepare course materials and allocate resources.
This policy applies to all programs offered by cenavorytos starting January 2025. If you enrolled before this date, different terms may apply. Check your enrolment confirmation or reach out to us directly.
When You Can Get a Full Refund
You're eligible for a complete refund if you withdraw within 14 days of enrolling and before your program officially begins. This cooling-off period gives you time to think things through.

Partial Refunds Explained
After your program starts, refunds become prorated. We calculate what you've used versus what remains, then apply an administrative fee to cover processing costs.

When Refunds Aren't Available

How to Request a Refund

Send us an email at info@cenavorytos.com with your full name, student ID, and the program you're enrolled in. Tell us why you're requesting a refund — it helps us improve and might reveal solutions you haven't considered.

We Review Your Case
Our student services team looks at your situation within three business days. They check your enrollment date, how far you've progressed, and whether any special circumstances apply. If we need additional information, we'll reach out.

Decision and Confirmation
You'll get written confirmation of our decision via email. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and discuss alternatives like program transfers or deferrals.

Processing Your Refund
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing takes 7-14 business days depending on your bank. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is processed from our end.

Important Things to Remember
If you paid in installments, refunds are calculated based on payments received minus what you've used. Outstanding installments may be cancelled depending on your situation.
Access to all course materials, online platforms, and student resources ends immediately once your refund is processed. Download anything you want to keep beforehand.
If you received any physical materials like textbooks or equipment, you'll need to return them in original condition within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refund decisions can be appealed within 30 days. Send your appeal to info@cenavorytos.com with supporting documentation. A senior staff member will review it within ten business days.
